Class Final - 2

Here are some rough sketches of my character. I usually just jump from light sketching straight to inks or working it on PSD. So it was hard to leave the pic untouched. Sorry. I'll have to get better with that someday.

Class Final

Semester's over now! This is my Final for the Class. It's a Character Development info pak pretty much. It's actually a character I have created long ago and had published some years ago, and plan to publish again this Summer or Fall. You can check out the other parts to this when I post additional sketches shortly after this.

Flash Project

Here goes my first attempt at making an Animation using Flash CS4 for our Class Assignment!! (well...using Flash period-!) It took a little work and humbling pleading to get to this point, but I have this so far. I'm having a lot of technical probs though. Don't know what to do about them just yet, but I'll work on them! Enjoy. I hope.

Back 2 Schoolin'

First, let me say that I had a horrible Spring Break! Family sick, I had insomnia, and had to spend money on household things we can't afford to pay out, but had to. So, it is with great weirdness that I say - So glad to be back to Classes!!! Gives me focus. What can I say-?

In any event, this is my latest Class Project. We had to put a tri-fold brochure together for a Foundry Company. Here is my front page of the finished product. I'm good with the results. Enjoy.

Smallville..! WTH-hey-!?!?!?

Let me just voice my grief...! Please?

I understand that when Hollow-wood takes a Comicbook-based Series and makes an adaptation, there will be certain noticeable changes. It's a given. But when it starts to 'grind my gears', it's just too much.

Take for instance, this Smallville. It's more of a soap opera than a Clark Kent-growing-into-Superman story. When did Lana Lang ever inherit Lex Luthor's super-suit? Who is this Chloe Sullivan? (don't get me wrong;the actress is phw-iiiine-!) When did Jimmy Olsen get married? Why did Doomsday start off as a mild-mannered EMT, then start morphing like crazy, and from Supes' own Fortress of...'Friends Cafe', aka, ...of Solitude yet-? And for the love of Stan Lee people, why is it Clark cannot hear it when people have sneaked up on him in the bushes or around the corner, eavesdropping on him and Lana/Chloe/Jimmy-??? Ever-!?!?!? Betcha Bruce Wayne/Batman would notice-! Take that C-Dub-bya!!

BTW, it is not a lost fact that there are no company of varying ethnic groups' representation in the regular Cast. Think that was an oversight on their part? Hardly.

I have spoken...... or fussed. Whichever you prefer.....

Never thought I would find this, and with such good vid quality and the original Japanese too-! This is my second fav anime from my early childhood. After seeing 'Speed Racer', aka, 'Mach GoGoGo', the Americanized hit 'Battle of the Planets', aka, 'Kagaku Ninja-Tai Gatchaman ', became my obsession for a very loooooooong time! I saw cars and planes transform in Speed Racer, I thought they were the bomb. But when this came along-! Man! I was up every weekday morning at to see the show at 6:00AM on the dot! And still went to School afterwards. Only a handful of us knew about this Show at the time. Fun times....

Terminator's Influence

Here is another website re-design of Veer.com, only this one had my fav action-sci-fi movie of all time - (come on-! say it with me...!) The TERMINATOR (original)!!!!

Instead of all the robotics, I just used the colors and type. I am guilty of too much content in my art, so I am trying to scale back. Enjoy.
